Regular Internal Meetings on Research Progress
- Daily morning meeting of all participants, GAs (graduate assistants), and faculty mentors. These meetings are also used for social, ice-breaker, and getting-to-know-each-other activities as well as for the professional development program meetings with VIP visitors (see below) and discussions of general interest (such as on LaTeX or feedback on CVs/resumes).
- Daily research progress discussion with mentor and RA for each team
- Weekly research progress discussion with external collaborator(s) for each team
- Weekly research progress presentation by each team on Friday afternoon to end the week
Internal Discussions and Activities
- Graduate school preparation and academic integrity
- Paper writing and publishing
- Demonstration LaTeX and Overleaf
- Feedback on each student’s resume or CV (= curriculum vitae)
